It has been not one time but several times after Caffeine update that I have seen Google showing ambiguous results and already in my old posts I have discussed about this.
I did not save but I remember searching and astrologer detail and found some electronic device results in Organic search. Again two days back I was searching "San Diego Webdevelopment Training" (exact search) and I found Google did not offer any related search option at the end, also just 4 results were shown.

Google Hosted Blog on ccTLDs
Google on 5th February 2012 announced that it would make content on blogger appear based on country-code top level domains(ccTLDs) and readers' IP address.
"Migrating to localized domains will allow us to continue promoting free expression and responsible publishing while providing greater flexibility in complying with valid removal requests pursuant to local law," Google said in a question and answer (Q&A) statement.
"NCR stands for 'No Country Redirect'
Now the blog http://open-source-development.blogspot.com/ that is hosted on Indian server takes the domain http://open-source-development.blogspot.in/ but by using http://open-source-development.blogspot.com/ncr would go to US English blog with short lived cookies.

How Free You are on The Internet
How Free You are on The Internet???? Is a Question and let me discuss this.
Internet Death Penalty Would Take Away Global Internet Integrity and Communication Freedom!!
Internet Freedom may led You to Prison, Social networking sites may be gateway to dark tunnel. Hey! Need not worry but be careful while browsing, sharing, posting.
I remember saying my friend “Truth would led to short term problem but long term happiness, Lie would led to short term happiness but long term trouble.” When the Internet browsing inspite of all security measures was not safe and secure because we Internet surfers are not really careful doing that and relentlessly browse and share. The beginning of year 2012 has set ALARM to Internet browsing when the complete world is submerged in social media activities and cannot think of life without Google search, Yahoo shopping, Bing, Facebook sharing, Twitter tweets… so we all need to put a step ahead and look what is making so much of fuss.
I was Googling as it is in my daily routine and the news - SOPA, PIPA, ACTA, & H.R. 1981 Vs Internet Freedom was really something I could not stop going through.
SOPA: Stop Online Piracy Act
PIPA: PROTECT IP Act
ACTA: Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement
SOPA was introduced in the House as H.R. 3261 by Lamar Smith (R-TX) on October 26, 2011 to - "To promote prosperity, creativity, entrepreneurship, and innovation by combating the theft of U.S. property, and for other purposes." —H.R. 3261 (Bill 3261 is a proposed law in US). SOPA is similar to PRO-IP Act of 2008 and the corresponding Senate bill, the PROTECT IP Act (PIPA), Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) October 2007. PIPA is a limited to domain name system providers, financial companies, and ad networks where as SOPA covers companies providing Internet connectivity.
18th January Internet Blackout Day: Platorms and sources that are taken as source of trust worthy information skew the facts and provide wrong information to attract users and this is big threat. Comprehensive protest by web companies and organizations, Internet companies that offer web services was observed on 18th January 2012. They protested by displaying black banners over their logos (blackout their site for a day), posted links and images, petition drives and other protest action were taken in protest to raise awarness; few of them are Google, Wikipedia, Mozilla, Reddit etc. You can find the list here: SOPA Strike
Opponents of the bill have proposed the Online Protection and Enforcement of Digital Trade Act (OPEN) as an alternative.

Google Plus One and SEO
How long is going to be the road of togetherness??? Google Plus One is an open challenge to Facebook and Twitter.
I am always bewildered about organic SEO. Is Google Pluse One a new gateway or just a promotion way. I do not think that organic SEO is self propelled these days, it is more about asking favor for your link post on various social networking sites. But why?? It is more about posting links to various bookmarking sites and sharing. What I see for the purpose of promotion webmasters post link to various sites but 1 out of 1000s links actually get any real vote without actually asking for it. Similarly I find on sites like stumbleupon, facebook you keep adding friends in your network and posting links which are not of their interest and ask for favor to go through. Actually your friends in your network they open the link for sure but they never go through as the web page is not of their interest. So, how is this actually going to boost ranking of a website??? No, this increases bounce rate.
