Bing Crawler Bingbot

Bing Web Crawler will be Bingbot...no more MSNbot! 

Bing Web Crawler rolling improvement by Bing team will be over on 1st October 2010 (aka user agent will be renamed). Bing Crawler will come out of Beta version and old msnbot 2.0b showing up in your server logs will be replaced and updated user agent will be:

Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; bingbot/2.0 +http://www.bing.com/bingbot.htm) 

Also, The HTTP header From field will also change as shown below:

From: msnbot(at)microsoft.com

will become

From: bingbot(at)microsoft.com
